Japanese (authoritative version)
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using 数秘術チャート (the "Service"), provided by poopootei (the "Operator"). Anyone who uses the Service (a "User") does so on the basis that they agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope)
- These Terms apply to all relations between the Operator and Users concerning use of the Service.
- Any notices or guidelines separately posted by the Operator within the Service form part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Conditions of Use)
- The Service requires no account registration and is free of charge.
- Users are responsible for the devices and network connection required to use the Service, and for any costs these entail.
- A User who is a minor shall use the Service with the consent of a parent or other legal representative.
Article 3 (Handling of Data)
- All processing in the Service takes place within the browser on the User's own device. The Operator does not receive, store or view any data handled by the User in the Service.
- Rights in the content a User creates or enters in the Service belong to that User or to the rightful rights holder. The Operator acquires no rights in them.
- Work in progress or entered data may be lost when the page is closed or reloaded. Users are responsible for saving and exporting any data they need. The Service does not store the name or date of birth entered by a User in any on-device storage (such as localStorage). Only the User's display language preference may be stored in the browser's localStorage.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the Service, Users must not:
- act in violation of laws or regulations, or of public order and morals;
- infringe the copyright, trademark rights, portrait rights, privacy, or any other rights or interests of a third party;
- interfere with the operation of the Service, gain unauthorised access, or engage in similar conduct;
- reproduce, modify or redistribute the programs and other components of the Service beyond the scope permitted; or
- engage in any other conduct that the Operator deems inappropriate.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- Intellectual property rights in the programs, design and everything else that makes up the Service belong to the Operator or to the rightful rights holder.
- The Service may include software and fonts provided by third parties, and their use is governed by their respective licences.
Article 6 (Changes, Suspension and Termination of the Service)
- The Operator may change the content of the Service, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to Users.
- The Operator is not liable for any damage caused to Users by the preceding paragraph.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service is fit for any particular purpose of a User, that it has the functionality or accuracy a User expects, or that it will be free of defects.
- The Operator is not liable for any damage caused to a User by use of, or inability to use, the Service (including loss of work in progress and loss of data stored on the User's device).
Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)
The Operator may change these Terms without notice to Users where it deems this necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted within the Service.
Article 9 (Governing Language)
The authoritative text of these Terms is the Japanese version. This English version is a reference translation provided for the convenience of Users; in the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version prevails.
Article 10 (Contact)
The Operator does not currently provide a contact channel for enquiries about these Terms or the Service.
